So I've been playing some old games I had for the majority of the day. I've been enjoying them, and now I'm off to go to work. Today seems to be a good one - it's the start of my seven day countdown until my birthday, and like I explained yesterday, this is also the first time in a long time where I'm actually excited about it.
Which is kind of weird - 22 isn't that big of a milestone birthday number. Maybe something magical will occur during my birthday week. Maybe it'll be just fun or something. Feh, I dunno. I'm betting that it'll be like my usual life: crappy start, sinkhole middle, miraculous awesomeness culminating with a bombastic time at the end.
Time to find out. Day one of seven awaits.
