Designer Switcheroo

Some of you might have walked into this blog of mine today and said to yourself, "Hey, is it just me, or does something seem... different?

BEFORE

Indeed, things have been changing. I went from some lame-looking site (not really) with only one boring column of things to look at on the side...

AFTER

...to some other lame-looking site (not really) that was bigger and cooler-looking with two columns - one on each side.

As for the poor chums out there still using something as lame as a 1024x768 resolution, they're just going to have to suck it up. There's even a disclaimer now in the header that advises people to view this site in a better resolution (I recommend any resolution that's at least 1200 pixels wide.

Just thought I'd let y'all know that you aren't hallucinating these changes.



Now if you'll excuse me, I got more site editing to do and more of The IT Crowd to watch. Later, all!

Emblematic Fulfillment

Wow, did time fly past today. One minute it's 1103... the next, it's almost 1930, and one sunny evening later it was 1600. I think it's time we get cracking on today's entry... and maybe get cracking on answering the question "Does Josh need meds?" for my blatantly-inaccurate telling of time.

Punched In Late

For the first time in what could possibly be "forever," I woke up late today. By that, I mean I woke up past my maximum allotted threshold of 1030. I woke up at 1230ish.

That moment when you die and realize you left the boss with, like, 2HP left.

I totally blame my 3DS and all the entertainment it offers me. =D

Suffice to say: you won't be getting a good quality entry today - that's going to be reserved for tomorrow. I'd post more, but I have work today. So, like I said, you'll see something cool tomorrow. Or Tuesday, but I'd rather it be tomorrow. Okay, I got my mind set. It's tomorrow.

Resolution Absolution

Today's a lovely Friday, and as it's the end of the start of the new year, I think it's time I deliver something so large and outrageous it'll take you a good while to read and digest.

I guarantee a great entry today and awesome things to boot - this post took almost a week to make, so consider this a late Christmas present or a belated "Happy New Year" greeting of some kind.

Much, much better than fireworks.

Nestled

As I am feeling particularly lazy today, I'm afraid I just don't have much for you at this moment. Not much is going on, so I figured I could get away with typing a short entry such as this.

Anyway, I'm just relaxing, playing video games and resting cozily, bundled up in blankets in an attempt to relax the last of this cold away.

We'll see how I am tomorrow, huh?

Sickness Redundancy Sickness

It's weird how sickness works in my body. Colds that are supposed to last a week at the worst last for nearly three with me. Symptoms that aren't even remotely related to what I'm suffering from pop up inexplicably. I do everything in my power to make sure I get a speedy recovery but all it seems to do is just make things worse.

My body's strange like this. It kinda sucks, especially during the winter months when my immune system apparently decides to take a vacation. (Anyone remember last February?) To make matters worse, I can't really call out of work because the winter just so happens to be the time when hours are almost nonexistent. Having few hours increases the odds of financial downfall, which increases stress levels, which further weakens the already-absent immune system.

Why this happens to me? I don't know.

Well, in case you haven't noticed already. I'm sick. Still. I'm just wondering when it's going to go away. With any knowledge, it ain't going to be tonight - I'm going to be at work, and that means I'm going to have to deal with increased stress levels, which further weakens the already-absent immune system.

*cough* Until the 'morrow. Hopefully my voice doesn't crap out tonight - it feels like my throat's going to give way to sickness sometime soon.

An Unincorporated Preview

Sometimes you just get this urge to work on a project of some kind. Maybe it's a poorly-constructed contraption that also serves as a prison gun. It could be a new spacecraft to help replace the slowly-dwindling number of Vipers you have left. Heck, it could even be a litte Lego city to help create a sense of scale when you make a model railroad.

For me, I had one of those days a few days back - roughly around the time I said I'd post something good. I decided to show you a brief preview of it (mostly because I'm still far from done - I keep scrapping every version I go through) on here, so... here, some fanfiction stuff!

All Over Again

Well, well, ladies and gentlemen... it appears that it is no longer 2011. It's 2012. Whoo! Now, there's not much to say right now, and that's primarily due to time constraints. However, I can say the following things with great certainty:

1. We're going to have so much fun this year.
   (Now it's up to you to decide whether I said that in an flamboyantly ecstatic tone... or a psychotically sociopathic voice. Or nothing. But I'll let your paranoia drive the fuel here.)
2. I didn't forget what I said on December 30, 2011.
   You WILL see something cool either tomorrow or the 3rd.
3. I get sidetracked way too easily.
   It's like almost having ADHD - YEAH! NEW TIME TRIAL RECORD FOR MARIO KART 7!

*clears throat*

Anyway, here's hoping y'all have a great New Year's Day drinking binge recovery period! As for me...
